In this fun and refreshing day retreat, we will fuse some of the great attributes of these elements which will culminate with your presence and participation.

- 10:30 AM -arrival
- 11:00 sharp: Welcome and introduction of facilitator’s trajectories, each person’s intention and what the experience consists of.
- 12:00 PM: self-massage exercises and joint opening, aromatherapy and breathwork
- 1:30 PM: ICEBATHS
- 2:30 PM: Lunch
- 4:00 PM: Closing with bamboo tea ceremony and gifts
